Union Pacific's Pine Bluff Subdivision runs over ex Cotton Belt tracks from Pine Bluff (AR) to Big Sandy (TX) via Texarkana. Most of the traffic on this line runs westbound, although a few trains will head east on occasion. Reroutes occasionally traverse the line, including Amtrak's Texas Eagle, which will run between Big Sandy and Texarkana if circumstances make the move necessary.

- - For the simulation, the Pine Bluff Sub has been split between a South Desk and a North Desk. The South Desk (in this release) spans between Texarkana and Big Sandy. The North Desk spans between Pine Bluff and Texarkana.
- - Crew change points at Texarkana and Big Sandy.
- - CPKC crosses the Pine Bluff Sub; Shreveport Sub at Texarkana and the Greenville Sub at Pittsburg.
- - UP Connections to the Pine Bluff Sub; Mineola Sub at Big Sandy and the Little Rock Sub at Texarkana.
- - TNER connection at Texarkana.
- - Blacklands Railroad connection at Mount Pleasant.
- - Two UP yards; one at Mount Pleasant and the other at Texarkana.
