CEL FEST is a spin off of a celebration in honor of Catherine Elaine Lee's birthday which is @MrRaleighNCs mother. She was his biggest fan and every year he decided to celebrate and showcase music in honor of her always being at his performances. This celebration has now become a festival with 2025 plans of reaching VA, PA, TX, FL, LA CO and Canada. Enjoy the ride.
