8. Stop binge eating: Never binge in response to stress, emotion, or boredom.
9. Drink water: Have water the moment you think about it. It feels great to quench your thirst.
10. Imagine yourself slim and healthy: Imagine feeling healthy, energetic, happy, and slim.
