How the Program Works

30 guided hypnosis sessions are organized into three progressive phases, each building on the last. Step by step, you’ll reprogram your mind and habits until a healthier lifestyle becomes natural for you:


Phase 1 – Foundations of Mindful Eating

1. Set your intention: Establish a mindset that is positive, excited, and decisive. 

2. Eat the right foods: Eat only wholesome foods, and feel great about your choices.

3. Feel full more quickly: Stop eating the moment you feel satisfied. You feel proud and comfortable.

4. Avoid junk food and sugar: Processed foods and sugar make you sick. You don’t want that garbage.

5. Grocery Shopping: Always plan ahead, and never buy out of impulse.

6. Motivate exercise: Exercise makes you feel great. Burn calories every chance you get.

7. Cut and burn calories: Keep track of every calorie to make sure you have a calorie deficit.

8. Stop binge eating: Never binge in response to stress, emotion, or boredom.

9. Drink water: Have water the moment you think about it. It feels great to quench your thirst. 

10. Imagine yourself slim and healthy: Imagine feeling healthy, energetic, happy, and slim.

Instructions:

Relax in a comfortable place, and set a comfortable volume. Headphones are recommended. Focus on the recording to the best of your ability while maintaining a passive attitude toward the wandering mind.
