14. Eating right feels great: Nutritious foods make you feel so much better, and you notice the difference. 

15. Master calorie intake: The more you track your calories, the faster you achieve your goal. 

16. Conquer emotional hunger: Make every choice intentionally, never eat out of impulse or urgency. 

17. Water is health: Water has a powerful effect on the body and mind. You feel and see the difference. 

18. Partner with your body: Form a close bond with your body as you tune in to its signals. 

19. Total commitment: Your body is your responsibility. Tighten up loose ends and make it happen NOW. 

20. Auto-suggestion: Affirm a powerful intention to remain positive and determined.

Instructions:

Relax in a comfortable place, and set a comfortable volume. Headphones are recommended. Focus on the recording to the best of your ability while maintaining a passive attitude toward the wandering mind.
