24. Done with junk food: Have no desire for garbage that makes you sick, sluggish, and fat. 

25. Listen to your body: Eat only to satisfy physical hunger, never in response to a food fantasy.

26. Ensure calorie deficit: Count every calorie to make sure your body burns fat.

27. Water renews commitment: Drinking plenty of water is part of your routine to take charge of your health.

28. Reject limiting beliefs: Gone are the days of low expectations. In the present, you are in control.

29. Constant affirmation: You are focused on your intention. Own it and mean it.

30. Love your new body: Losing weight becomes a positive obsession as you form a new bond with your body.

Instructions:

Relax in a comfortable place, and set a comfortable volume. Headphones are recommended. Focus on the recording to the best of your ability while maintaining a passive attitude toward the wandering mind.
