Young Goat Jump Program

This program and all drills/exercises within can be modified for
different levels of athlete, but all exercises if focused on proper technique
as outlined are beneficial to any athlete of any level. Reps, resistance, and
other factors such as shoes/no shoes, balance tools , etc can be modified for
greatest gains depending on an athlete’s particular area of need.
If applied and coached correctly an athlete should make incredible
gains the first 4 weeks. My athletes gain more than 2” on average, usually
in under 12 workouts, whether they were beginners or were already
experienced in high intensity training.
