We call this system the Metabolic Conditioning for Strength and Power. The
point is to build high levels of strength and power while at the same time
allowing the athlete to develop the ability to translate the developed skills
to their sports activities and skills.
We want to create an integrated connection between strength and injury
resistance, power and speed, balance/coordination and agility, endurance
and power production and all of these to long-term, consistent skill
development, both in the training environment and in the practice and
playing environment.
To use a simple analogy, we build a bigger engine in the car while we
maximize the transmission and the steering system. All the while, we are
also giving the car a practically endless gas tank.
We believe that’s how highly skilled, seemingly unstoppable athletes are
built!
