Despite the title, The Sixteen Paradiddles is not a book focused on rudiments. All exercsises are written for drum set, and the book's aim is to take you through the process of building an entirely new set of vocabulary you can use to compose and improvise in this style.
All exercises include Groovescribe links which can be used to hear, speed up, slow down, and modify the exercises however the reader chooses.
