Welcome to my very first tutorial!
I'm so thrilled to show you the step by step procedure for making Ahri tails in my way!
But be careful, the most crucial step is also the trickiest one and it will require specific tools that usually aren't at home, so you need to rely on someone who has them and, of course, able to handle them...unfortunately I'm not able to give you any alternative to carry out this step at its best because the result will be remarkably different.
At the end, the tails wil be steady, and softly follow you movements! Of course this tutorial is applicable for any Ahri's Skin.
