Union Pacific's Galveston Sub runs on a stretch of dark territory from Tower 30 and Tower 85 to Virginia Point (just outside Galveston). The overall stretch runs from the connection at S. GH&H Junction (Houston) to Galveston Island. In this release, the route runs from Galveston Island all the way to Tower 26 and Tower 71, with access to several major yards, junctions and terminals.
Several trains have been added, most of which are Union Pacific, however some BNSF trains have also been added, particularly in the Galveston area. Amtrak's Sunset Limited (#1 and #2) have also been included in this release.
