The CSX SD Dispatcher desk covers the Bruceton, Memphis, Memphis Terminal, Nashville, and S&NA North subdivisions. The route is based in October 2019, one of the busiest times during the PSR era of railroading. The 3 lines go from Memphis, TN, to Nashville, TN, from Nashville, TN, to Birmingham, AL, and from Nashville, TN, to Spring Hill, TN. On the S&NA North, most southbound trains need a pusher at Holems Gap; there are around-the-clock pushers to help trains over the 1.8% grade.
