This area is Norfolk Southerns Atlanta North District. From Atlanta to Cohutta (south of Chattanoga TN). It has a a lot of intermodal, manifest, and unit trains. There is grain, coal, ethanol, and some phosphate unit trains. This layout also has the Austell intermodal facility which hosts a number of transfers, and alot of road trains that switch it. Theres some but not to may locals on this line. This district has a connection with the East End District in Austell which hosts a number of trains along with the cresent. The cresent makes a short apparence on this territory since they go onto the eas end district from Atlanta. There is some track work going on every weekday (since this is the season for it).
