All of these workouts are workouts that I have done over the years to get stronger and add a little size. ThisĀ is especially good for those that need a break from high intensity training. Any of these workouts can be picked on anyday since they are not in chronological order. Feel free to change sets and reps if it makes you feel more comfortable.
