Description

Jenny is a Kamilaroi woman and is a member of the Worimi Aboriginal Land Council. She is mother of seven children and works with disaffected Indigenous youth. Her experiances are reflected in her art as she relates stories in her own unique way.

​​​​​Aboriginal spiritual belief is that the elements of the earth and the universe, life and death, the plants and animals, land forms and celestial bodies are interrelated. These relationships and the knowledge of how they are interconnected are expressed through creation stories that describe how the actions of the powerful creator and ancestors shaped and developed the world.
