A cross-reference guide is printed in this Level II Classroom Training Handbook so that the student can read corresponding information in the self-study handbooks to provide a more structured approach for individual learning.
It is recommended that PI-1, Introduction to Nondestructive Testing, be completed before starting this book in order to have the benefit of certain basic metallurgy information that will make this book easier to understand.
