PMX-317 Synth Strings by PerforModule
A set of six ultra-cheezy atmospheric retro synth instruments, sampled from the PX-300 Digital Piano and presented in a self-installing pack for Ableton Live 9+.

The samples for each of 88 keys have been individually recorded through a dual triode vacuum tube at 96k for a touch of analog fidelity.
They have been crafted into instrument racks optimized with parameters to reflect their counterparts.
Macro Controls:
"Pluck vs Bow": fade between a pizzicato, abrupt sound and a legato, sustained sound.
"Tone": overall EQ shape.
"Dirt": distortion amount.
"Reverb Dry-Wet" or "Space Amount": percentage of the signal passing through the reverberation & delay circuitry.
"OSC": adds in frequency modulation. Alter the FM type with the Timbre control.
"Timbre": changes the sound by altering the triggered sample.
"Width": depth of the stereo field.
"Vibrato": automatable human-esque vibrato. The higher it is, the sooner it comes in, and the more intense.
"Retro to Modern": fade between the older and newer decades of synth models.
"Tremolo": adds in and morphs a stereo oscillation.
"Spread": controls stereo width separation.
Macro Controls (Sci-Fi Strings):
"Octave Ensemble": blends in additional note interval voices.
"Tone Respond": alters the tone and the tone's envelope response.
"Ahsc" tripped-out square-wave frequency modulation.
"Wahble" brings in and fine-tunes an LFO tremolo filter effect.
"Swell": affects attack envelope fade-in. Use greater settings for a slow-attack bloom effect on sustained tones.
"Decay Pulse": affects decay envelope, which quickens the rate of a pulsing loop effect which increases in intensity as "sustain vibe" is lowered.
"Sustain Vibe": affects sustain envelope as well as increasing stereo width and affecting "decay pulse".
"Release Space": affects release envelope as well as reverb diffusion.
