The samples for each of 88 keys have been individually recorded through a dual triode vacuum tube at 96k for a touch of analog fidelity.
They have been crafted into instrument racks optimized with parameters to reflect their true physical counterparts.

The Guitars pack comes with the bonus MIDI effects "Strum" which allows for playing of chords as if a pick were sweeping across them with a selectable laziness, and "12-String" which fades in the sound of of a higher octave within a certain range. There is also a "Combo Amp" effect rack which can be used to select from a range of amplifier + cabinet options with 8 macros. Each instrument in this set comes with its own custom-mapped combo amp optimized for its sound.

Macro Controls:
"Crunch": amount of the signal fed through the overdrive circuitry while attempring to keep the overall level balanced.
"Tone": controls the overall EQ curve.
"Sustain": choose how staccato or how sustained notes are.
"Reverb Dry-Wet": percentage of reverberated signal.
"Palm Muting": emulates a guitarist's palm mute technique. For more realistic guitar sounds, automate this parameter to make certain notes chug more.
"AmpCab %": percentage of the signal fed thru the combo amp.
"Whammy Bar": play with this like a real whammy bar to cause deep pitch scoops and wacky effects. At maximum (0) = not pressing down on the whammy bar.
"Vibrato": add in humanesque vibrato which increases in intensity as the knob is turned up. Automate carefully to fine-tune the results.

Strum -- 12-String Controls:
"Strum On?" switch this on to enable the strum effect, which will cause any notes played simultaneously to have a staggered response. It is generally best to leave it off during single-note melodies and arpeggios.
"Strum Style?" choose between 4 strumming styles: downstroke, upstroke, down up, and up down. The last 2 styles are double fast.
"Strum Laziness" set the milliseconds delay between notes for faster or slower strums.
"12-String Amount" fades in the higher-octave strings.

The Guitar Fret Noise instrument has some unique macros for controlling the length, scrape direction, and adding noise.
