PMX-301 Classic Pianos Ableton Pack

PMX-301 Classic Pianos by PerforModule
A set of seven high-class acoustic piano instruments, sampled from the PX-300 Digital Piano and presented in a self-installing pack for Ableton Live 9+.

Included Instruments:
PMX-300 Grand Piano
PMX-300 Rock Piano
PMX-300 Bright Piano
PMX-300 Dance Piano
PMX-300 Electric Grand Piano
PMX-300 Honkey Tonk Piano
PMX-300 Piano Pad

The samples for each of 88 keys have been individually recorded through a dual triode vacuum tube at 96k for a touch of analog fidelity.
They have been crafted into instrument racks optimized with parameters to reflect their true physical counterparts.

Special controls for the Classic Pianos pack include "soft" and "sustain" pedals. For ideal authenticity, it is recommended to midi-map these to foot controllers to use them just like a real pianist would.
The stereo panning naturally tilts from the lower keys towards the left and the highest keys tilted towards the right, to reflect the pianist's perspective.

The Classic Pianos pack also comes with the bonus audio effect Piano Reverb. This is a reverb which emulates the resonation of piano strings and body. Each of the instruments comes pre-loaded with an instance of Piano Reverb applied in parallel with unique starting settings.

Instrument Macro Controls:
"Filter Morph": smoothly alters the filter type.
"Filter FreQ": sets the filter frequency and resonance. The specific result depends on the Morph setting.
"Saloon Chorus": determine how out-of-tune the piano is with a ragtime feel.
"Reverb": amount of piano reverb added to the signal.
"Soft Pedal": use like a real piano's soft pedal to dampen attack.
"Sustain Pedal": use like a real piano's sustain pedal to let notes ring out.
"Timbre Shift": change tone by shifting sample selection.
"Vibrato": a humanesque vibrato which can be ramped up in intensity and speed. Use at low settings for a wavery effect.

Piano Reverb Macro Controls:
"Piano Girth": size of the piano's body.
"Dark vs Bright": balance vs lows and highs.
"Mids Twang": how much mids. Affects overall level.
"Stereo Width": width of the space.
"Onset": how far the player is from the wall.
"Decay": how large the chamber is.
"Saloon": detunes the note resonators for an out-of-tune sound.
"Dry-Wet": percentage of signal passing through the reverb.

The Piano Pad instrument has hold sustain for every note -- hold down a key and the pad sound will continue going on as long as it is held. With the sustain pedal fully depressed as well, it will continue indefinitely.
