My workout plans were developed from all the tricks and lessons I have learned lifting with a variety of Division 1 athletes in football and lacrosse and with numerous bodybuilders.
(1)-My lean mass building plan (upper/lower) was developed through football strength training. It brought my weight from 160lbs (16yrs.) -225lbs(17yrs.). At 17, I built a 405lb bench, 505 squat, and 505 deadlift.
(2)-My cutting plan is what I used in the summer of 2017 where I cut down on my own to under 8% body fat without any supplements other than food.
(3)-My lean bulk plan is what I used to go from 171.0lbs to 195.0lbs from august 2017 to January 2018.
